How long will it be until the freight
is picked up?
We pride ourselves on quick pick-ups. Normally, we can
have your freight
picked up within an hour. However,
certain days we are busier than normal
and appreciate
advanced notice to schedule your pick-up.
What information do you need to set up
a delivery?
The following information makes placing the order fast and simple.
- Pick-up location and contact.
- Delivery location and contact.
- Pieces, weight and any unusual
dimensions.
- Required delivery time, or
confirmation consignee will be open.
How long does it take for an air
shipment to be delivered?
Shipping by air various due to location and time of call placed.
Most air
shipments are delivered within 6 hours. The following
information needs
to considered when placing an air order.
- We require at least a one hour window
at the airport. The earlier the call the better.
- Weather plays an important factor and
we will notify of any possible delays.
- Proper paperwork is required for an
easy transaction.
- We cannot guarantee air shipments.
What is a POD?
A POD is Proof Of Delivery. This is the name of the
person who signed
for the shipment and the time. Normally we either call
or fax the POD to
you, depending on what you have set up with us.
What is so important about being
registered with Canadian customs?
Being registered with Canada allows us to pass thru customs with ease. We
have
specially prepared paperwork with bar codes that get scanned at the
border and
allows us to pass in under five minutes. |
